You can replace the raisins with chopped dates if you prefer. You can also use creamy peanut butter instead of chunky if you wish.

Ingredients For savannah peanut fudge

2/3 cchunky peanut butter

1 1/3 cnonfat dry milk powder

2 Tbsphoney
-
4 Tbspchopped peanuts, unsalted

4 Tbspraisins, coarsely chopped

2 Tbsprolled oats
-
1/2 cwater
-
additonal chopped peanuts for topping
How To Make savannah peanut fudge

1Combine peanut butter, dry milk, and honey in a mixing bowl. Stir in peanuts, raisins, and oats. Mixture will be a meaty texture.

2Sprinkle mixture with water. Mix until well combined. Line a small square pan or loaf pan with foil or wax paper.

3Press the fudge into a pan. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Cover. Chill for an hour.

4Remove fudge from pan and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container.
