You can replace the raisins with chopped dates if you prefer. You can also use creamy peanut butter instead of chunky if you wish.

2/3 c
chunky peanut butter
1 1/3 c
nonfat dry milk powder
2 Tbsp
4 Tbsp
chopped peanuts, unsalted
4 Tbsp
raisins, coarsely chopped
2 Tbsp
rolled oats
1/2 c
additonal chopped peanuts for topping

How to Make Savannah Peanut Fudge


  • 1Combine peanut butter, dry milk, and honey in a mixing bowl. Stir in peanuts, raisins, and oats. Mixture will be a meaty texture.
  • 2Sprinkle mixture with water. Mix until well combined. Line a small square pan or loaf pan with foil or wax paper.
  • 3Press the fudge into a pan. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Cover. Chill for an hour.
  • 4Remove fudge from pan and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container.
