salted nut bars
I had these at my daughters one christmas and asked for the recipe. we love them year round.:)

Ingredients
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups mixed nuts
- 1 cup corn syrup, light
- 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 12 ounces butterscotch chips
- 2 tablespoons water
How To Make salted nut bars

Step 1Combine flour, brown sugar, salt and 1 cup of butter. Blend well. Press into an ungreased 15x10 jelly roll pan. Bake at 350* for 10-12 minutes.

Step 2Remove from oven and sprinkle nuts over crust. set aside.

Step 3Combine syrup, butter, water and butterscotch chips in pan, Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over nuts. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes more. Cool. and cut into bars. enjoy. xoxoxo
