How to Make Russ' Peanut Butter Fudge
- 1Butter one 9x9 inch pan (or dish) and set aside.
- 2In a three quart saucepan, combine white sugar, brown sugar, milk, and butter. Cook (stirring constantly) to soft ball stage (234 degrees F or 112 degrees C). Remove from heat
- 3Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and marshmallow; continue stirring until marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared pan and cool. Cut into squares and serve.
