Ingredients
- 2 cups packed light brown sugar
- 2 cups white granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups minature marshmallows
How To Make russ' peanut butter fudge

Step 1Butter one 9x9 inch pan (or dish) and set aside.

Step 2In a three quart saucepan, combine white sugar, brown sugar, milk, and butter. Cook (stirring constantly) to soft ball stage (234 degrees F or 112 degrees C). Remove from heat

Step 3Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and marshmallow; continue stirring until marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared pan and cool. Cut into squares and serve.
