This recipe has never failed me. It is the very best peanut butter fudge you may ever taste.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups packed light brown sugar
  • 2 cups white granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups minature marshmallows

How To Make russ' peanut butter fudge

  • Step 1
    Butter one 9x9 inch pan (or dish) and set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a three quart saucepan, combine white sugar, brown sugar, milk, and butter. Cook (stirring constantly) to soft ball stage (234 degrees F or 112 degrees C). Remove from heat
  • Step 3
    Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and marshmallow; continue stirring until marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared pan and cool. Cut into squares and serve.
