My sister-Vickie and I use to make these every christmas when we lived in Ky. They are easy and taste wonderful.

Ingredients

3 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp corn syup
3 1/2 teaspoons cocoa
2 1/2 oz rum
1/2 c. butter, not margarine

How To Make rum balls

Step 1

mix all ingreds.,roll into balls, place on wax paper.

Step 2

1 pkg, chocolate bark and 6oz. pkg semi-sweet choc. chips. Place in bowl-microwave till melted. Stir to mix; Dip balls, remove w/fork; place on wax paper. let chocolate set; store in airtight container.
