I used to make large gingerbread houses and sell them at christmas time. I triple this recipe for the gingerbread house. makes up great, just color and make your beautiful flowers.

Ingredients
- 7 teaspoons meringue powder
- 1/3 cup warm water
- 1 pound confectioners' sugar
How To Make royal icing

Step 1Dissolve powder in warm water.

Step 2Add sugar and beat until stiff.

Step 3Keep covered with a damp cloth or it will dry out quickly. Have fun.
