I used to make large gingerbread houses and sell them at christmas time. I triple this recipe for the gingerbread house. makes up great, just color and make your beautiful flowers.

Ingredients For royal icing

  • 7 tsp
    meringue powder
  • 1/3 c
    warm water
  • 1 lb
    confectioners' sugar

How To Make royal icing

  • 1
    Dissolve powder in warm water.
  • 2
    Add sugar and beat until stiff.
  • 3
    Keep covered with a damp cloth or it will dry out quickly. Have fun.
