Another VERY easy treat to make as an addition to your holiday cookie platters, or just anytime! Salty, sweet, and nutty!
Ingredients For rolo turtles
- 1 PRETZEL + 1 ROLO + 1 PECAN HALF = 1 TREAT
small pretzels (i like the waffle style)
How To Make rolo turtles
1Preheat oven to 250. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
2Place a layer of pretzels on the baking sheet with 1 rolo on each pretzel.
3Place in oven about 4-5 minutes, or until Rolos become soft. Remove and immediately (lightly) press a pecan half on top of the Rolo, flattening it.
4Let stand, or place in refrigerator until the candy firms up. Store in an airtight container.
