I got this recipe from a friend at church. She made them for our annual bazaar and they sold out within an hour of opening. People wanted more! How can you not like peanut butter and chocolate?

11 ozpeanut butter and milk chocolate chips

2 Tbspcreamy peanut butter

1 crice crispies

1 cminiature marshmallows

1/4 cunsalted peanuts, chopped
How To Make rocky road peanut butter cups

1Microwave peanut butter and milk chocolate chips until melted, stirring every 30 seconds to prevent burning. This usually takes 2-3 minutes. Mix in peanut butter.

2Stir in rice crispies, marshmallows, and peanuts. Mix well.

3Spoon a tablespoon of the mixture into each of the prepared miniature paper candy cups you have placed in miniature muffin pans. Chill one hour or until firm.
