I got this recipe from my friend Carmella. She made it when we visited recently. We had to hide from the kids. Everyone loved it.

Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 bag 12 ounces chocolate chips
1 bag 10 ounces mini marshmallows

How To Make rocky road fudge

Step 1

Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips in microwave a few seconds at a time, stir till all melted.

Step 2

Stir in mini marshmallows till combined. Pour into sprayed 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Work quickly to spread into dish. Refrigerate till set up.
