12 ozchocolate chips
14 ozsweetened condensed milk
2 cspanish peanuts
10 1/2 ozminiature marshmallows
How to Make Rocky Road Bites
- Melt chocolate over a double boiler, remove from heat. Melt butter and pour into chocolate. Add milk, stirring until slightly cooled. Add peanuts and marshmallows, blending well.
- Pour mixture into 13x9 baking dish lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Remove from dish and peel off parchment paper. Cut into small squares and store, covered at room temperature.
