rockin' banana boats
These are such a fun dessert to make when camping. Whenever we go camping we put them on a two prong roasting stick and hold it over the campfire like a marshmellow! The kids love it and it gets us all around the fire!!

- - bananas
- - mini chocolate chips
- - mini m&m's
- - toffee bits
- - butterscotch chips
- - peppermint chocolate bits
- - peanut butter chips
- - red hots
- - mini marshmallows
- WHATEVER YOUR TASTEBUDS DESIRE (BE CREATIVE)
How To Make rockin' banana boats

Step 1Cut banana open down the center but don't go all the way through the bottom skin. Add whatever toppings you want, (my favorite combo is toffee bits, butterscotch chips and mini chocolate chips) stuffing them inside the banana. (the more the better) -
Step 2Top with marshmallows, but be sure to stuff them in as best you can. You don't want them falling off.

Step 3Place on medium grill and cook until chocolate has melted and marshmallows have browned.
