A recipe my boys loved to help make when they were little... very easy and yummy! We would always sprinkle a little on the ground outside on Christmas Eve for Santa's reindeer... birds love it, too! ;)

Ingredients
- 1/2 box multi-grain cheerios (small box)
- 1/2 box rice chex (small box)
- 1/2 box wheat chex (small box)
- 1 package pretzel twists
- 2 packages 6 oz craisins or lg bag red & green m&ms
- 1 can peanuts, salted
- 1 package white candy coating
- 3 tablespoons each red and green sugars
How To Make reindeer food

Step 1In very large bowl, mix cereals, pretzels, Craisins, and peanuts.

Step 2Melt candy coating in top of double-boiler or in microwave, stirring frequently until smooth.

Step 3Pour candy coating over cereal mixture, using your hands to mix well to thoroughly coat. Spread mixture thinly on waxed paper and sprinkle sugars on top.

Step 4Allow to cool and harden, and break up into pieces. I store in gallon-sized ziploc bags.
