A recipe my boys loved to help make when they were little... very easy and yummy! We would always sprinkle a little on the ground outside on Christmas Eve for Santa's reindeer... birds love it, too! ;)

How to Make Reindeer Food

  1. In very large bowl, mix cereals, pretzels, Craisins, and peanuts.
  2. Melt candy coating in top of double-boiler or in microwave, stirring frequently until smooth.
  3. Pour candy coating over cereal mixture, using your hands to mix well to thoroughly coat. Spread mixture thinly on waxed paper and sprinkle sugars on top.
  4. Allow to cool and harden, and break up into pieces. I store in gallon-sized ziploc bags.
