Ingredients
- 6 - apples
- 1 box hot tamale candies
- - nuts or crushed snickerdoodle cookies
How To Make red hot candied apples

Step 1Peal and core apples, Squeeze lemon juice on apples to keep from browning before cooking,

Step 2Place candy and apples in pan cover with water, about cup of water just enough to barely cover apples. Boil and cook on med till soft about 15-20 min.

Step 3remove from pan and serve with vanilla icecream or whipped topping. Sprinkle with something crunchy. Nuts or cookies or both.
