This Fudge I found on the back of Nestle Toll house Semi sweet chips and thought I would give it a try , my Husband and Grandbabies were very much impressed.

24 servings (2 small pieces each)


1 1/2 c
granulated sugar
2/3 c
evaporated milk (5 oz can)
2 Tbsp
butter or margarine
1/4 tsp
2 c
miniature marshmallows
1 1/2 c
semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c
pecan or walnuts chopped (optional)
1 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make Quick & Easy Famous Fudge


  • 1Line a 8 Inch Square Pan with Foil
  • 2Combine Sugar , Evaporated Milk, Butter , and Salt in Medium Heavy Duty Saucepan
  • 3Bring to a Full Rolling Boil over Med Heat. Stirring Constantly ... Con to Stirl and Boil for another 6 minutes. Remove from Heat
  • 4Stirl in Marshmallows, morseals , nuts and vanilla extract. Stirl Virgorously for 1 min or until Marshmallows are melted.
  • 5Pour into a prepared Baking Pan
  • 6Refrigerate for 2 hours or until Firm.
  • 7Lift from Pan: Remove Foil , Cut into 48 Pieces.
