This Fudge I found on the back of Nestle Toll house Semi sweet chips and thought I would give it a try , my Husband and Grandbabies were very much impressed.

24 servings (2 small pieces each)


  • 1 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 2/3 c
    evaporated milk (5 oz can)
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 2 c
    miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c
    semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    pecan or walnuts chopped (optional)
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How to Make Quick & Easy Famous Fudge


  1. Line a 8 Inch Square Pan with Foil
  2. Combine Sugar , Evaporated Milk, Butter , and Salt in Medium Heavy Duty Saucepan
  3. Bring to a Full Rolling Boil over Med Heat. Stirring Constantly ... Con to Stirl and Boil for another 6 minutes. Remove from Heat
  4. Stirl in Marshmallows, morseals , nuts and vanilla extract. Stirl Virgorously for 1 min or until Marshmallows are melted.
  5. Pour into a prepared Baking Pan
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until Firm.
  7. Lift from Pan: Remove Foil , Cut into 48 Pieces.
