This Fudge I found on the back of Nestle Toll house Semi sweet chips and thought I would give it a try , my Husband and Grandbabies were very much impressed.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk (5 oz can)
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup pecan or walnuts chopped (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Step 1Line a 8 Inch Square Pan with Foil

Step 2Combine Sugar , Evaporated Milk, Butter , and Salt in Medium Heavy Duty Saucepan

Step 3Bring to a Full Rolling Boil over Med Heat. Stirring Constantly ... Con to Stirl and Boil for another 6 minutes. Remove from Heat

Step 4Stirl in Marshmallows, morseals , nuts and vanilla extract. Stirl Virgorously for 1 min or until Marshmallows are melted.

Step 5Pour into a prepared Baking Pan

Step 6Refrigerate for 2 hours or until Firm.

Step 7Lift from Pan: Remove Foil , Cut into 48 Pieces.
