I got this recipe from the Circleville Pumpkin Show festival. I tasted the fudge which is very good.I got the recipe from a flyer there. It is unusual, and grabs peoples attention when you tell them what flavor your fudge is.

Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup melted butter, do not use margarine
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup pumpkin, canned or cooked
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 package 12 oz. white chocolate morsels
- 1 jar 7 oz. marshmallow cream
- 1 cup chopped pecans, or your choice chopped nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make pumpkin fudge

Step 1grease a 9" square pan and line with foil

Step 2In a heavy saucepan combine sugar, butter, pumpkin, milk, corn syrup and pumpkin pie spice Cook stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil

Step 3Continue cooking, stirring constantly until a candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees ( soft ball stage ) about 12 minutes

Step 4Remove from heat. Stir in morsels, marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla

Step 5Pour into prepared pan. Let stand 2 hours or until completely cooled

Step 6turn pan over onto cutting board and remove foil. Cut fudge into squares
