Pumpkin Fudge

Ingredients

3 csugar
-
3/4 cmelted butter, do not use margarine

2/3 cevaporated milk
-
1/3 cpumpkin, canned or cooked

2 Tbsplight corn syrup

1 tsppumpkin pie spice
-
1 pkg12 oz. white chocolate morsels
-
1 jar(s)7 oz. marshmallow cream
-
1 cchopped pecans, or your choice chopped nuts
-
1 tspvanilla extract
How to Make Pumpkin Fudge
- grease a 9" square pan and line with foil
- In a heavy saucepan combine sugar, butter, pumpkin, milk, corn syrup and pumpkin pie spice
Cook stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil - Continue cooking, stirring constantly until a candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees ( soft ball stage ) about 12 minutes
- Remove from heat. Stir in morsels, marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla
- Pour into prepared pan. Let stand 2 hours or until completely cooled
- turn pan over onto cutting board and remove foil.
Cut fudge into squares
