I got this recipe from the Circleville Pumpkin Show festival. I tasted the fudge which is very good.I got the recipe from a flyer there. It is unusual, and grabs peoples attention when you tell them what flavor your fudge is.

3 c
3/4 c
melted butter, do not use margarine
2/3 c
evaporated milk
1/3 c
pumpkin, canned or cooked
2 Tbsp
light corn syrup
1 tsp
pumpkin pie spice
1 pkg
12 oz. white chocolate morsels
1 jar(s)
7 oz. marshmallow cream
1 c
chopped pecans, or your choice chopped nuts
1 tsp
vanilla extract


1grease a 9" square pan and line with foil
2In a heavy saucepan combine sugar, butter, pumpkin, milk, corn syrup and pumpkin pie spice
Cook stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil
3Continue cooking, stirring constantly until a candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees ( soft ball stage ) about 12 minutes
4Remove from heat. Stir in morsels, marshmallow cream, nuts and vanilla
5Pour into prepared pan. Let stand 2 hours or until completely cooled
6turn pan over onto cutting board and remove foil.
Cut fudge into squares
