Im a pumpkin lover especially when the Holiday's roll around. This would be something to make for a dessert as well as the famous pumpkin pie.My Mom use to make 2&3 pumpkin pies for Thanksgiving & Christmas because we alway's had a large family get together and that was her job was to make the pies...   • 2 cups white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch
  • - pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make pumpkin fudge

  • Step 1
    In a heavy-bottomed sauce pan combine all ingredients except vanilla. Cook over medium heat,stirring constantly until mixture forms a soft ball. (Drop from a spoon into a glass of water.)Then add vanilla and let mixture cool to lukewarm. Beat mixture until creamy. Pour into buttered 8x8 pan and cut into squares..
