Step 1

boil potato (peeled) cool mash

Step 2

add vanilla stir in sugar little at a time to make a dough
Step 3

roll dough out on board sprinkled with powder sugar, spread peanut butter on rolled out dough,roll up like a jelly roll slice enjoy very rich
