How To Make potato candy

• Step 1
  place 4 to 5 potatoes in boiling water and let then cook til soft...then peel then and mash them up to a smooth paste
• Step 2
  then mix in sugar in a lil at a time til the mix is a paste..
• Step 3
  place sugar on table and put mix on it and continue to mix til ferm
• Step 4
  use the rolling pin roll the mix out to wear it is bout 1/2 inch thick...
• Step 5
  take the large jar of peanut butter and spread it over the mix then take a bread knife and roll it up into a log
• Step 6
  once in a log then cut the logs into 4 logs..rolling each one in wax paper and foil forming them in to a unaform log then place them in the freezer over nite
• Step 7
  needs to have at least 4 hours in freezer b4 cutting or longer then cut a small peace off and enjoy...
