all my friends and family loves this candy but its also very rich and u only want a lil bit of it at a time...will add photos as soon as i can get them

5 box
confectioners' sugar
4 to 5 medium
potato
1 large
peanut butter
1
rolling pin

How to Make Potato Candy

Step-by-Step

  • 1place 4 to 5 potatoes in boiling water and let then cook til soft...then peel then and mash them up to a smooth paste
  • 2then mix in sugar in a lil at a time til the mix is a paste..
  • 3place sugar on table and put mix on it and continue to mix til ferm
  • 4use the rolling pin roll the mix out to wear it is bout 1/2 inch thick...
  • 5take the large jar of peanut butter and spread it over the mix then take a bread knife and roll it up into a log
  • 6once in a log then cut the logs into 4 logs..rolling each one in wax paper and foil forming them in to a unaform log then place them in the freezer over nite
  • 7needs to have at least 4 hours in freezer b4 cutting or longer then cut a small peace off and enjoy...
