Potato Candy

Ann Simmons

My mother-in-law makes this candy every Christmas. She came from a large family and this was an inexpensive treat for them as children. It is very rich so one piece goes a long way.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

The only hard part about this recipe is deciding whether to use creamy or crunchy peanut butter! Otherwise it's a dream to make and even dreamier to eat. The Test Kitchen
