Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- - peppermint extract
- - candy canes, crushed
How To Make peppermint truffles

Step 1Bring the cream and sugar to a boil over low heat, pour over the chocolate and stir until smooth to make a ganache.

Step 2Add 1-2 drops of peppermint extract to the ganache and stir to combine.

Step 3Cover and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Step 4Roll into walnut-sized balls and roll in crushed candies. Chill until ready to serve.
