Ingredients

  • - 8 to 12 large candy canes or 24 small candy canes
  • - 1 pkg. almond bark
  • - 2 tsp. peppermint extract

How To Make peppermint bark

  • Step 1
    Place candy canes in plastic bag and break into pieces with wooden mallet
  • Step 2
    Melt almond bark in microwave safe bowl in microwave. Stir in peppermint extract.
  • Step 3
    Pour into a foil lined 10 x 15 inch pan and spread quickly. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
  • Step 4
    Chill for 10 minutes or til firm. Break into pieces and store in airtight container in refrigerator. Serves 15
