Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c
    vanilla or white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c
    crushed peppermint candies
  • ·
    holiday sprinkles

How to Make Pepperment Bark

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt chocolate chips over low heat in saucepan( can use microwave heating in 1 minutes at a time till melted)
  2. Add vanilla. Oil 9x9 baking pan and pour in melted chocolate. Have a single layer of chocolate. (Can tilt pan to spread it or use spatula)
  3. Melt white chocolate chips. In saucepan or microwave same as chocolate chips.
  4. Pour evenly over top of chocolate layer. Spread gently with spatula.
  5. Sprinkle 1/4 cup crushed peppermint or candy canes over white chocolate and press them in a little. Add holiday sprinkles over top. Let harden(can put in refrigerator). Break apart.
