Ingredients

- - 2 cups of brown sugar
- - 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- - 6 tablespoons light corn syrup
- - 2/3 c milk
- - 1 big tablespoon of butter
- - 4 cups of pecans

Step 1Mix all ingredients well in a cold sause pan

Step 2Turn your stove on medium to high heat, and when mixture comes to a boil, cook & stir for about 4 minutes. (If you use a candy thermometer, temperature should be 234F.)

Step 3take off stove

Step 4Stir for about one minute or until mixture is not so shiny.

Step 5spread mixture onto trays lined with foil or parchment paper. Let cool for about 20 minutes and remove
