How to Make PecanPraline
- Mix all ingredients well in a cold sause pan
- Turn your stove on medium to high heat, and when mixture comes to a boil, cook & stir for about 4 minutes. (If you use a candy thermometer, temperature should be 234F.)
- take off stove
- Stir for about one minute or until mixture is not so shiny.
- spread mixture onto trays lined with foil or parchment paper. Let cool for about 20 minutes and remove
