  • ·
    2 cups of white sugar
  • ·
    2 cups of brown sugar
  • ·
    2 teaspoons of vanilla
  • ·
    6 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • ·
    2/3 c milk
  • ·
    1 big tablespoon of butter
  • ·
    4 cups of pecans

How to Make PecanPraline


  1. Mix all ingredients well in a cold sause pan
  2. Turn your stove on medium to high heat, and when mixture comes to a boil, cook & stir for about 4 minutes. (If you use a candy thermometer, temperature should be 234F.)
  3. take off stove
  4. Stir for about one minute or until mixture is not so shiny.
  5. spread mixture onto trays lined with foil or parchment paper. Let cool for about 20 minutes and remove
