2 cups of white sugar
2 cups of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
6 tablespoons light corn syrup
2/3 c milk
1 big tablespoon of butter
4 cups of pecans

How to Make PecanPraline


  • 1Mix all ingredients well in a cold sause pan
  • 2Turn your stove on medium to high heat, and when mixture comes to a boil, cook & stir for about 4 minutes. (If you use a candy thermometer, temperature should be 234F.)
  • 3take off stove
  • 4Stir for about one minute or until mixture is not so shiny.
  • 5spread mixture onto trays lined with foil or parchment paper. Let cool for about 20 minutes and remove
