It's not Christmas unless these are in the house! My grandmother made these when I was a child, and they did not last the day..they were gone within a few hours! So rich and buttery..and wonderful when they are still warm... but I would eat them either way ;-)

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make pecan snowballs

Step 1Mix all ingredients and roll into bite sized balls.

Step 2Bake at 375 for about 15-20 minutes.

Step 3Roll in Powdered sugar once they are "semi" cool. If you wait until the are cold, the powdered sugar doesn't stick onto it.
