How to Make Pecan Fudge
- Combine chocolate chips, marshmellow creme, and butter in a large bowl
- Combine sugar and evaporated milk in a heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook over med-low heat for 9 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour over chocolate mixture, stir until melted and smooth. Add pecans, stir until well blended
- Spread into a prepared pan and chill until firm.
Cut into squares and serve
Store in a lidded container in refridgerator
