Ingredients

1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup +2 tablespoons shortening
1 cup powdered sugar
2 1/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons vanilla

How To Make pecan drops

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325. Cream margarine and shortening together until smooth.

Step 2

Gradually beat in sugar. Stir in flour. Add vanilla and pecans. Mix well.
Step 3

Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes or until light brown. Makes 4 dozen.
