Ingredients
- 1 package 12 ounce semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons corn syrup, light
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup pecans/chopped fine.
How To Make pecan chocolate truffles

Step 1In a medium mixing bowl,combine the chocolate chips,vanilla extract,and corn syrup.

Step 2Bring the heavy cream to a boil and pour over the chocolate mixture.

Step 3using a whisk,stir together until the cream and chocolate combine to form a smooth mixture.

Step 4Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Step 5Using a melon baller,form the chocolate into 1 inch balls. Roll them in the chopped pecans.

Step 6CHILL in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
