Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1 pkg
12 ounce semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp
pure vanilla extract
2 tsp
corn syrup, light
1 c
heavy cream
1 c
pecans/chopped fine.

How to Make Pecan Chocolate Truffles

Step-by-Step

  • 1In a medium mixing bowl,combine the chocolate chips,vanilla extract,and corn syrup.
  • 2Bring the heavy cream to a boil and pour over the chocolate mixture.
  • 3using a whisk,stir together until the cream and chocolate combine to form a smooth mixture.
  • 4Allow the mixture to cool in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  • 5Using a melon baller,form the chocolate into 1 inch balls.
    Roll them in the chopped pecans.
  • 6CHILL in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
