peanutbutter fudge

Okay if your one of those people who say you can't make fudge this is the recipe for you. I got this out of an old cookbook years ago and it has become one of my family favorites

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy or crunchy your choice
- 1(8oz) package cream cheese
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 4 cups powdered sugar
How To Make peanutbutter fudge

Step 1Line a 9x13 pan with foil and set aside

Step 2In a large microwavable bowl combine the first three ingredients and melt in the microwave. (about 1-2 minutes) just watch carefully. Remove from oven

Step 3Add powder sugar a cup at a time kneading if neccessary. Once combine well pat out in prepare foil lined pan. Let stand at room for about 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares and refrigerate
