These are so easy to make.Very rich and fudge like. I got them out of a recipie book that I had gotten in amish country and made them for the auction at the army/navy club to benefit the food bank. I dipped it in chocolate it is YUMMY with the chocolate on it.

How to Make Peanut Cremes


  1. Place peanut butter and marshmallow cream in bowl. Place sugar and milk in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook to 238 on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat and pour over peanut butter mixture; mix till creamy . Put into buttered 9x13 dish,(can use smaller or larger pan depending on how thick or thin you want it.) Put in fridge for 2-3 hours till firm and cut into squares. Can be dipped in chocolate,or eaten like fudge.
