A family favorite that I have been making since the 1960s.

  • 1 & 1/2 jar(s)
    large jars dry rosated peanuts (i use the ones with salt)
  • 1 pkg
    almond bark
  • 1 pkg
    large bag of chocolate chips (can use dark or milk or a combination)
  • 1/2 pkg
    butterscotch chips
  • 4 Tbsp
    peanut butter (either creamy or chunky)

How to Make Peanut Clusters


  1. Melt together in a double boiler or microwave: almond bark, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
  2. When melted add the peanut butter and mix well. Add nuts and mix again.
  3. Drop by large spoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Cover with waxed paper and cool in refrigerator. When cooled keep in covered containers in the refrigerator.
