1 & 1/2 jar(s)large jars dry rosated peanuts (i use the ones with salt)
1 pkgalmond bark
1 pkglarge bag of chocolate chips (can use dark or milk or a combination)
1/2 pkgbutterscotch chips
4 Tbsppeanut butter (either creamy or chunky)
How to Make Peanut Clusters
- Melt together in a double boiler or microwave: almond bark, chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
- When melted add the peanut butter and mix well. Add nuts and mix again.
- Drop by large spoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Cover with waxed paper and cool in refrigerator. When cooled keep in covered containers in the refrigerator.
