Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 package white almond bark
How To Make peanut butter snowballs

Step 1Combine sugar, peanut butter and butter in a bowl and mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Chill until firm.

Step 2Melt almond bark in microwave, double boiler or slow cooker. Dip balls in almond bark and place on wax paper to harden.

Step 3NOTE: When using 1 package of almond bark like the recipe states, for me there is enough to make two batches of the snowballs plus have some left over to coat pretzels.
