Ingredients
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1 package (12 ounces) semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 package (11-12 ounces) butterscotch chips
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 3 cups canned shoestring potatoes
How To Make peanut butter shoestring haystacks

Step 1In a medium sauce pan at medium heat, combine peanut butter, chocolate chips, and butterscotch chops. Stir constantly until all are melted and combined well. Stir in oil. Remove from heat and stir in shoestring potatoes.

Step 2Drop candy by teaspoons full onto waxed paper or parchment paper covered cookie sheets. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until set.
