Ingredients

  • 1/2 box powdered sugar
  • 1/4 stick butter
  • - milk--enough to make a soft dough
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • jar peanut butter

How To Make peanut butter roll

  • Step 1
    Mix powdered sugar, butter, vanilla and milk.
  • Step 2
    Form to a soft dough.
  • Step 3
    Using powdered sugar, roll on a flat surface to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Step 4
    Spread peanut butter evenly over surface close to edge (not all the way to edge).
  • Step 5
    Gently roll into a log and transfur to a pan.
  • Step 6
    Chill for 1-2 hours. Remove from fridge and slice. Place in a container and keep in fridge to keep candy firm.
