peanut butter pumpkin fudge
Peanut butter and pumpkin belong together, and in minutes you can see. I believe we first had this as a anniversary gift from the Inn at Christmas Place in Pigeon Forge TN. The Old Mill Candy Store also sells it. This recipe is pretty darn close to theirs. Enjoy, Hasta Velvetta!!!!

- 4 cups vanilla or white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2/3 cup pumpkin purée, not pumpkin pie mix
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
How To Make peanut butter pumpkin fudge

Step 1Line an 8X8 pan with foil or parchment and spray with cooking spray. Gather all your ingredients, this goes fast once you start it. If you have made fudge you know this, if you haven't, see above lol

Step 2Place white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave at 50% power for 1min. Stir and place back in microwave at 50% power for 30 second at a time till, stirring between each till melted and smooth. You can do this on the stove, but why?

Step 3Once the chocolate and oeanut butter have melted and are smooth immediately stir in pumpkin purée, spice and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan and let cool to room temp in the counter, uncovered. Chill until set, and cut into squares, circles, stars, or whatever shape you want your fudge! Use small cookie cutters!!! Hey it's your fudge, cut it your way.
