This is a VERY easy fudge that never fails! But, make sure you use the largest size mixing bowl & have all your ingredients measured and ready. As you microwave, the mixture boils to the top of the bowl!

Ingredients

3/4 cup butter, melted
3 cups sugar
5 ounces evaporated milk
1 1/4 cups peanut butter
1 can marshmallow cream - 7 oz
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make peanut butter fudge - microwave

Step 1

Melt butter I minute. Add sugar & evaporated milk, stir well. Return to microwave. Cook for 3 minutes - stir. Cook for 2 minutes - stir. Cook for 3 minutes - stir. Cook for 2 1/2 minutes - stir.

Step 2

Add peanut butter (or 2 cup chocolate chips) and stir until melted. Add marshmallow cream & vanilla. Using mixer, beat until smooth and well blended. Immediately pour into buttered 9 x 11 pan. Cool.
