This is the 2nd fudge recipe from a recipe I have had a very long time.
These three are chocolate walnut, now peanut butter and next will be the pistachio craisin fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    peanut butter chips
  • 2 can(s)
    sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Tbsp
    cold butter chopped into pieces
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How to Make Peanut Butter fudge

Step-by-Step

  1. In a two quart bowl (microwave safe) combine chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on high 5-8 minutes stirring several times, until chips are melted. Stir in butter and stir until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Chill until firm (about 3 hrs)
