I love to make this candy during the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (12oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (7oz) jar marshmallow cream
  • 1 (16oz) jar peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Make peanut butter fudge

  • Step 1
    Grease a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Step 2
    In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, combine the sugars, butter and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil, stirring consistently, and boil 7 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and marshmallow cream until well incorporated and melted. Stir in peanut butter until smooth
  • Step 4
    Spread in prepared pan. Let cool before cutting into squares.
