I searched for years for the perfect peanut butter fudge recipe. As you may know, fudge is a temperamental thing to make, but if you follow this recipe to a tee, I'm sure the end product will be perfect. My family and friends love my peanut butter fudge and look forward to me making it every Christmas.

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup white (granulated) sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup marshmallow cream
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make peanut butter fudge

Step 1Cook sugars, butter, milk to soft ball stage (238- 240 degrees on candy thermometer). Add peanut butter and marshmallow cream just before removing from heat, do not stir. Cool 15 minutes, beat well. Add vanilla and beat again. Pour into greased 8x8 or larger (depending on how thick you want the pieces). Cool and cut into squares.
