Peanut Butter Fudge
My family and friends love my peanut butter fudge and look forward to me making it every Christmas.
How to Make Peanut Butter Fudge
- Cook sugars, butter, milk to soft ball stage (238- 240 degrees on candy thermometer). Add peanut butter and marshmallow cream just before removing from heat, do not stir. Cool 15 minutes, beat well. Add vanilla and beat again. Pour into greased 8x8 or larger (depending on how thick you want the pieces). Cool and cut into squares.
- Yields 2 dozen pieces. Recipe may be double or tripled.
