How to Make Peanut butter cookie balls
- In a food processor, finely crush cookies. In a large mixing bowl combine crushed cookies, softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup of peanut butter. Mix well.
- Roll mixture into melon-size balls and place on a ungreased cookie sheet. Put t in the freezer for about 15-20 minutes.
- While the balls are freezing place peanut butter chips and 3/4cup peanut butter in a microwaveable bowl. Microwave 30 second increments until mix ix smooth and creamy.
- Roll frozen balls in peanut butter mix until well covered. Place on greased cookie sheet. Decorate to your desire or just leave plain. Let sit for about 15 minutes before serving or place in refridgerator until ready to serve.
