Ingredients

  • 3/4 c
    peanut butter, creamy
  • 1/2 c
    honey
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    cocoa powder
  • 1 c
    rolled oats
  • 1 c
    flaked coconut, plus 1/3 cup to coat balls
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts, plus 1/3 cup to coat balls

How to Make Peanut Butter Cocoa Balls

Step-by-Step

  1. Warm peanut butter in microwave up to 1 minute, enough to make it easy to stir. Add honey, vanilla and cocoa. Mix thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients, stir well.
  2. Use a 1 inch scooper to help roll dough into balls, then use either extra coconut OR extra nuts to coat balls. Can be chilled or served immediately.
