peanut butter buckeyes
I started making these every Christmas with my Mom years ago... then made them with my 4 kids each year.. now as I make them with my daughter and/or the grandkids it brings back lots of memories...and they still taste just as good as the first ones I ever tasted.

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 16 ounces confectioners' sugar
- 12 ounces peanut butter, chunky
- 4 ounces paraffin
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
How To Make peanut butter buckeyes

Step 1Combine butter, sugar and peanut butter in a medium bowl; blend until smooth. Roll into 1 inch balls. Chill.

Step 2Place paraffin and chocolate chips into top of a double boiler and melt over hot (not boiling) water.

Step 3Coat balls by dropping one at a time. Place on waxed paper to cool. Makes 5 dozen.
