Peanut Butter Bites
- 13 oz. jar creamy peanut butter
- 2 lb
- powdered sugar
- 1 stick
- butter, softened
- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- chocolate for melting and dipping
Refrigerate overnight on waxed paper.
Dip in melted chocolate the next day. Place back on waxed paper to set.
Note: If your chocolate begins to begin getting thick, simply put a little dab of Crisco in it and heat it up a little, then stir.
