I use these for Christmas candy but you can also use this recipe for peanut butter Easter eggs and roll them into eggs instead of balls.

Ingredients

    13 oz. jar creamy peanut butter
  • 2 lb
    powdered sugar
  • 1 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1
    8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • ·
    chocolate for melting and dipping

How to Make Peanut Butter Bites

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together all ingredients (except for chocolate) and shape into balls.

    Refrigerate overnight on waxed paper.

    Dip in melted chocolate the next day. Place back on waxed paper to set.

    Note: If your chocolate begins to begin getting thick, simply put a little dab of Crisco in it and heat it up a little, then stir.
