These are great for a party dessert or snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 quart peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
  • 1 1/2 pounds butter, softened
  • 3 pounds powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • GLAZE:
  • 1/2 package paraffin wax
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips

How To Make peanut butter balls

  • Step 1
    Mix peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla all together in large bowl.
  • Step 2
    Melt paraffin and chocolate chips in double boiler, stirring well.
  • Step 3
    Let mixture chill for an hour or so and then roll into small balls (about 2 Tbsp. each).
  • Step 4
    With large toothpicks, dip each ball into glaze, letting excess glaze drip off. Place on waxed paper, leaving toothpick in place.
