Ingredients: 3 1/2 pound(s) sifted powdered sugar; 1 3/4 cup(s) peanut butter, creamy; 4 stick(s) margarine or butter (i like to use 2 of each beacuse butter is more solid than margarine the more butter thew firmer the balls); 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract; 3 package(s) chocolate bark candy coating, melted

I make these every year around Christmas to give away. They are always a big hit.

Ingredients

3 1/2 pounds sifted powdered sugar
1 3/4 cups peanut butter, creamy
4 sticks margarine or butter (i like to use 2 of each beacuse butter is more solid than margarine the more butter thew firmer the balls)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 packages chocolate bark candy coating, melted

How To Make peanut butter balls

Step 1

Sift powdered sugar into large mixing bowl

Step 2

add butter and or margarine and cut into powdered sugar (like you do for pie crust)
Step 3

add peanut butter and vanilla and mix together until well blended
Step 4

Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter
Step 5

Place on cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Step 6

Place in freezer until firm
Step 7

Dip in to melted chocolate bark
