I make these every year around Christmas to give away. They are always a big hit.

Ingredients
- 3 1/2 pounds sifted powdered sugar
- 1 3/4 cups peanut butter, creamy
- 4 sticks margarine or butter (i like to use 2 of each beacuse butter is more solid than margarine the more butter thew firmer the balls)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 packages chocolate bark candy coating, melted
How To Make peanut butter balls

Step 1Sift powdered sugar into large mixing bowl

Step 2add butter and or margarine and cut into powdered sugar (like you do for pie crust)

Step 3add peanut butter and vanilla and mix together until well blended

Step 4Shape into balls about 1 inch in diameter

Step 5Place on cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper

Step 6Place in freezer until firm

Step 7Dip in to melted chocolate bark
