Peanut Butter Balls

1 cbutter softened

1 qtpeanut butter, creamy or crunchy

3 lbconfectioners' sugar ( approx.)

3 tspvanilla extract

2 pkgchocolate bark candy coating, melted
How to Make Peanut Butter Balls
- Mix together butter and peanut butter. Add vanilla and sugar. Mix well. Batter should be thick enough to hold its shape.
- Make into balls about 1 inch. Put in refrigerator until you are ready to dip in chocolate. Melt chocolate 6 squares at a time so it won't get hard on you while you are dipping. I find a small deep bowl works for me to melt the chocolate in. Then they are easier to dip. Go by directions on package for melting the chocolate.
- Dip the peanut butter balls in the chocolate and place on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Place in refrgerator to set. Store covered in refrigerator or a real cool place.
