Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3 cups sugar (splendor)
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
- 1 pound raw peanuts
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
How To Make peanut brittle

Step 1COOK water,corn syrup and sugar to 270* Degrees; ADD raw peanuts and cool to 300* degrees.

Step 2Remove from heat and add; vanilla, butter ;(let butter dissolve add then stir it in.

Step 3ADD salt and soda.Stir until reaches peak of foaming. POUR into warm,buttered pan. AFTER it hardens break it up into pieces.
