Ingredients
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/4 cups peanuts
How To Make peanut brittle

Step 1Cook sugars, syrup, water until gold in color. Mix butter and baking soda in the sugar mixture. Pour immediately over 2 1/4 c. peanuts. Let sit till set and break apart to store.
