semisweet chocolate chips or finely chopped semisweet chocolate
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2Place noodles and coconut on cookie sheet in single layer.
3Bake 10 minutes or until crisp.
4Melt chocolate chips and butterscotch chips in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling water.
5Remove from heat; stir in almonds, coconut and noodles.
6Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and cool until set--makes 5 dozen cookies.
