My daughter's college class had to do a speech; this was one of her classmate's project. Brandi got the recipe and made them tonight. They really turned out to be good. Everyone in the family likes them. ENJOY!

How to Make Oreo Truffles

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix cream cheese and 3 cups of cookie crumbs until well mixed.
  2. Shape into 30 (1 inch) balls. Dip in melted chocolate; place on wax paper covering baking sheet. Sprinkle with remaining cookie crumbs.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm. Store in tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
