Very Easy and Very Sweet. I got this from a small resturant in TX They were serving them with Coffee after dinner. Everytime I have made them I too have served after dinner with coffee and everyone totally enjoys. Its a nice small easy dessert liked by all =)

How to Make Oreo Chocolate Truffles

Step-by-Step

  1. Crush the entire pkg of oreos (try a food processor it works really well).

    Mix the softened cream cheese into the cookie mixture.

    Form into balls, about 1 inch, and put them in the freezer to harden a bit.

    Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
    (or micro wave)
    Remove balls from freezer place on wax paper then either drizzle the chocolate over balls or dip them into the chocolate. Refrigerate.

    ENJOY!
