First time I ever tasted this fudge, I was Hooked. Tastes Just like the " Orange-Creamcicle Ice cream" we all know. I first tasted this at a Christmas bazzar, a gal was selling this. She gave me the recipe and I have made this every year since. When you have the old fashioned Chocolate, year after year, it was time for some changes. This was it, and is now on my candy tray of goodies every year.

Ingredients

ORANGE CREAM-CICLE FUDGE
1 1/2 stks - butter
2/3 C - heavy cream
3 C - sugar
7 oz - jar marshmallow cream
12 oz - white chocolate chips
9 drops - red food coloring
12 drops - yellow food coloring
1 1/2 TBS - orange extract

How To Make orange creamcicle fudge by freda

Step 1

READ DIRECTIONS ENTIRELY BEFORE STARTING: Prepare, & Line 9 X 13 pan with foil, Buttered, (for easy removal of fudge.) in Large heavy pot, Mix Butter, Cream, and sugar, bring to rolling boil. Boil exactly 6 minutes ( set timer) REMOVE FROM HEAT

Step 2

Now add Marshmallow cream, and white choc chips, and stir fast & well to melt Chips. . . NO LUMPS. Should be creamy.
Step 3

take out 1 1/2Cups, set aside. in Remaining fudge add food coloring, & Orange Flavoring. Stir well, You will have a nice Orange Flavored Fudge.
Step 4

Pour Orange Mixture into lightly Buttered 9X13 pan. With White Mixture,(that was set aside) Place 5 spoons on top of Orange, Swirl with a knife, in a BIG ZIG-ZAG MOTION, into the orange mixture, (TIP: Swirl all the way to the bottom of the pan, so the vanilla is all the way thru the orange in a marble effect..) Then Chill, til Set. Score and cut into 1" pieces. This will taste like Your Favorite Creamcicle Ice cream . ENJOY
